The Society of Ornithology “Nase ptice” was founded in 2002 and it is the first ornithological organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Society is a voluntary, independent, non-party, non-governmental and non-political organization, which acts in the domain of ornithology, ecology and whose aim is research and protecting birds and their habitats.
