The Carpathian Wildlife Foundation (Fundatia Carpati) is a non-profit organization, based in the Central Romanian Carpathians, which deals with projects for the conservation of biodiversity, in particular the coexistence of wildlife with human activities. It was founded in 1998 and has in its Curriculum vast experiences in the field of carnivore research and management, the development of eco-tourism, wildlife-human conflicts and the assessment of habitat suitability for wild species.
