Founded in 1994 the Birds of Prey Protection Fond is a non-profit and non-governmental organization.The main aims of the BPPF are protection and conservation of threatened species of birds of prey and their habitats.

Institute for Nature Conservation of Serbia is a governmental institution established in 1948, which has been performing activities related to protection and improvement of the Serbian natural heritage. The Institute performs activities related to protection and improvement of the nature of Serbia (research, conservation activities, education, publishing activity).

"Natura Balkanika" Nature Society is a non-partisan, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in year 2000 and dedicated to support rural revival, protection and promotion of the natural and cultural values of South East Serbia (Stara Planina Mt. and Gornje Ponishavlje region). Their activities are directed towards environmentally friendly agriculture practices, conservation of domestic animal genetic resources, natural biodiversity and local cultural heritage integrated in sustainable rural development concepts, promoting participatory approach and bottom-up initiative.
